On Boarding is CrossFit Metanoia’s 30-day comprehensive individual training experience and includes an assessment of your current strengths and weaknesses, personal training sessions from one of our qualified coaches on the fundamental and high skill movements you will be exposed to in our program and access to our Nutrition Series
