Their is no time limit. You do each movement within the minute starting with 2 reps of each.
* If you don't get to five rounds or minute 5, do the number you last completed of each until you hit minute 7. I.E. if I fail at 4 of each, I am going to do 3 and 3 for three more rounds, then I would run 800m.
