10/11 Partner workout
A: ON YOUR OWN: 2x5 of each (you will do 2 sets of 5 reps for each movement. Finish your 2 sets before moving onto the next movement)
Hang power clean
You should be adding weight to the bar when you move the the next lift.
B: Partner workout
100m sled drag up hill (the other partner is doing burpee broad jumps) switch at the top of the hill.
50 wall balls total
*don't let the ball drop 10 push up penalty*
